Lighthouse Child & Adolescent Clinical Training Institute provides supervision and consultation for professionals seeking growth in child and adolescent assessment, child and family intervention, ethical practice, and professional development. Supervision may be provided by Cassandra Hillman White, Clinical Director of Supervision or another approved supervisor as the program expands.
Supervision & Consultation is a core pillar of our training model, designed to support early-career psychologists, provisional practitioners, and experienced professionals seeking reflective practice and expert guidance.
This service provides structured, collaborative consultation focused on case formulation, assessment interpretation, ethical decision-making, and professional development. The goal is to strengthen clinical confidence while ensuring safe, ethical, and evidence-based practice within regulatory and workplace standards.
Anchor consultation/supervision hourly rate: $275/hr. No unlimited access, no open-ended report editing.

Lighthouse is developing a supervision network that will include multiple experienced supervisors with expertise across assessment, intervention, play therapy, professional practice, and child and family mental health. This allows supervisees access to a broader range of expertise and perspectives while maintaining continuity of support.
